We recommend elderberry to help prevent and ease cold and flu symptoms, and fight against fevers and viruses.
Store in fridge for 2 weeks. For fevers, take 1 tablespoon (child) or 2 tablespoons (adult) every 2-3 hours. For daily health and protection, take 1 tablespoon every other day. During flu season, or you come in contact with someone who may have a contageous illness, take once or twice daily. You can also store half in your freezer for later use.
