Community Prenatal Stretching
With over 10 years of teaching experience, Briana Venters believes caring for our bodies through breath and intentional movement is one of the greatest ways we can honor and steward our vessels. In this prenatal class, Briana will guide expecting mothers in practices that not only bring strength, flexibility, and ease, but also nurture a deeper connection between breath, body, and baby. Each session is designed to support the physical and emotional shifts of pregnancy while preparing the mind and body for the sacred journey of birth and motherhood. Through controlled movement and mindful breathing, we create space, cultivate resilience, and embrace the beauty of carrying life.

Join us at Taylor Made Farm TX for a session of intentional prenatal stretching. Although these sessions are geared towards women trying to concieve, pregnant, or postpartum - we welcome women in any life stage & journey.
Time: 10:15 AM CST - In person ONLY
This is an outdoor event. In the event that it rains, we do have indoor coverage.
