Postpartum Package

Service Description

We will cover postpartum nutritional and self care. Self care will include traditional African belly binding, herbal baths and/or postpartum vaginal steaming. Healing herbal tea and one healing plant based meal will also be included in your package. Brest-feeding help and troubleshooting will be available if needed.
